I have two recessed lights on my side porch(line voltage). I would like to replace these with regular ceiling fixtures. Is there a safe way to utilize the existing cans to accept a ceiling mount fixture. I saw a kit from thecanconverter.com that appears to address my problem, but I am not sure if it is safe.
