I've got a goodman package unit and a ritetemp therm stat. The thermstat will controll the cold air(kicks on compressor) but it wont controll the heat, but the aux heat will turn on if you crank it high enough. This is the way it's wired. R-R, O-O, G-G, br - w1,e...,(connected by a bracket that jumps all three), blue-C, w-otc(the installation manual said this) I can't figure out why it wont heat except for the indoor motor and the aux heat. I've got two different thermstats, one dig and one analog, the dig one had w & y jumped together, but have RC and RH jumped. On the analog(which is installed now) it has w for heat and br is connected and a w2 which has w connected.
Please let me know if I can provide anymore info and I would appreciate any help I recieve.
