My query would be- We are moving to Arizona from California. We would like to insure our new home out there. Would the Farmers Insurance Company be a viable option to insure? I have come to know of a negative impact in the public mind due to their inconsistant payments, accusations, defying geniune claims and neglecting customer satisfaction. Suggest please.

There are just too many variables to specifically answer your question. I would talk to an independent agent who can sell you policies with many different companies and see what he or she has to say. Keep in mind that having your auto and home insurance with the same company can often save quite a bit of money.
