I have a KENMORE top loading washer (model: 94518200 type 113-01).
The washers agitates just fine then drains the water, but the spin cycle never starts. Instead the water-pump that empties the washer keeps running. If I directly run it on spin cycle, the washer keeps running the water-pump also.
The professional came and said the motor is bad and it'll take $286 to fix. I have a feeling he is trying to make money as the washer agitates just fine.
I would really appreciate it if someone could kindly point me to a right direction. Thanks in advanced.
