The Whirlpool washer is 6 yrs old. Direct drive. Fill and drain fine. In the SPIN MODE, it won't spin unless I give it a spin by hand. After that, it's ok. BUT I have to do that everytime... Please help.. The motor coupling is fine. What else should I look for? Thanks.

Something caught between the inner and outer tub.

Bad clutch

Brake not releasing properly
