We are building a home on a corner lot and we are wondering about exterior lighting placement. Where would you put pot lights around this home - and garage side is equally visable to "front" side because it is a corner lot.
Thanks for any input/advice. :)

Do you want lights for accent, or security, or so you can see where you're going, or maybe some other reason? You can probably get by with a light on either side of the garage door, and a post light on the walk up to the front door. Then I'd just use 25-watt bulbs--enough to see but not enough to annoy.
In my opinion, the number one consideration is to mount the lights in such a manner as to not annoy your neighbors.
