Do you feel vibration if you were to place your hand on the compressor? Is the compressor warm or room temperature when you touch it?

I cut the end of the copper tube and put a pressure gage on it, it seems that there was only 50 psi in it. I mounted a brass valve on the end of this pipe so when I am done filling it I can turn the valve off and remove the refrigerant canister. Can I refill it with AC refrigerant for a car ac? it says the LS psi is 140 and the HS psi is 320.
Will this work?

“Can I refill it with AC refrigerant for a car ac?”
No.
First off if it really needs gas then there is a leak someplace that needs to be found “first”.
“it says the LS psi is 140 and the HS psi is 320.
Will this work?”
No.
Those figures are line test pressures not operating pressures. These units only require at most 5 to 10 oz of gas. The amount should be on the model tag.
