I'm looking for a new programmable thermostat to replace my Trane Weathertron baystat240 3AAT80B1A1. Does anyone have any recommendation? Also, does anyone know where to find the specs for the baystat240?

I agree as well. I have the Vision Pro TH8320

You are best to get a dealer in to install this, been too many people come back on here that ruined something, or wired wrong..

Save yourself a head ache.. heat pump can be tricky to wire.
