Check the space between the metal door and the frig
body itself. Is the distance the same at the top as it is at the bottom?

The reason I asked is because it doesn’t take all that
much to slightly spring the door. This would cause more
contact to be placed on area of the door versus the other
which could lead to a gap in the gasket. In many cases it was just a case of straitening the door so that it would apply equal pressure around the gasket.

don't know the age of the fridge but sounds to me that the nylon washers at the bottom hinge are worn out, are you living in an apartment?
