Have a Kenmore ECO Care System front loader washing machine which seems to run thru the timed cycles, but it fails to agitate while in the wash cycle. It spins fine in Final Spin cycle and does all the filling/draining when it is supposed to.
It was given to me by a friend, and they explained (kinda) about the way it runs but they didn't know how to fix it. It came with schematics and a brief trouble shooting guide but I cannot determine what part I need to replace. Anyone dealt with this before?
The model # is 417.43242200.
