A friend has audio problems that I have never experienced.
The set has a perfect picture but no TV sound.
The odd part is that there is radio station audio coming in.
An suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the TV's audio is set to MAIN. It may be on SAP right now.
You can do this via the remote or possibly a button on the TV that may
say AUDIO.
