Couldn't find the answer to this:

We are moving this week, and have a front load Kenmore washer. The guys that installed it didn't leave te stabilizing bars.

The manual says to remount the bars BEFORE moving the washer.

Anyone move one of these without the bars in? Whats the REAL risk of damaging the washer?

Anything I can do to stabilize the drum while moving it, dont think I can get the bars before I move.

thanks!

I am not an expert on this but most of our guys are working now so I'll give you one idea. You may be able to limit the movement by stuffing a blanket or rugs around the drum. Not the most professional approach but sometimes you have to get imaginative. Good luck.
