I looked here last year for advice on new appliances for a kitchen remodel. At that time the Trivection oven was still fairly new, and even though we liked the sales pitch, there were few recommendations available.
Just thought I'd let everyone know that the sales pitch is not hot air. My wife absolutely loves the Trivection oven. Things absolutely do cook in 1/3 to 1/4 the time. That means casseroles cook in 15 minutes instead of 45, cookies in 4 minutes, etc.
I know for us it turned out to be worth the very high price payed - it has absolutely changed the amount of time spent preparing food.
We also installed a Monogram 36" gas cooktop, a Monogram warming drawer, a Sharp Carousel Convection microwave (mini version of trivection oven) and a Sub Zero combo wine cooler with refrigerator drawers. Couldn't be happier with all of them.
