My GE washer is about 9 years old. Recently we have noticed it was leaking some oil. Around the same time, it seemed to not be completely drained at the end of the spin cycle. The load had to be sent through the spin cycle again. That is happening on a regular basis now. There is a large amount of oil under the washer. The machine gets out of balance with every load now also. Please help........ I am wondering if I just need a new machine...Thank you.

You got alsmost the life out of it // sounds like a new trans/belt/poss clutch from oil leak belt is slipping not spinning fast enough... I would go for new.... But thats just my opinion...
