I am demolishing a house that has nice oak floors. Is there a smart way to remove the floor so that it can be re-used in the house that I build. The floor is over a crawl space and subfloor. Thanks.

Once you determine the nailing method used, you will be able to determine whether it will be easier to simply drive through the nails or to pry up the boards and pound the nails out. As long as you have some tongue left on the board, you should be able to reuse the flooring. Recycling old wood flooring is frequently done.
