I built a house 2 1/2 years ago. I live in Connecticut where we have had some pretty cold winters and pretty warm summers (I do not know if this has anything to do with it). Many of the ceiling seems in my walls and ceilings (mostly ceilings) are now showing through. The area where two pieces of drywall meet appear to be bumping out and in some places showing through like a crack. So my questions:

1. Is this common?

2. How hard to fix and how do I fix?
