I am wanting to put a new laminate floor over an existing plywood floor that is not level or flat. There could be as much as 1/8 in dip in some areas. Is there any comments on how much trouble this is going to cause me? Correcting the dip(s) are going to be very difficult.

1/8 " is within tolerance. ( 1/8" in 6' )
If it is any greater, layers of 30# roofing felt

So do you just roll the roofing felt out over the sub-floor?
