When you choose NO sealer how do you keep the grout from staining the stone, when installing?
Or wax? Using Tumbled travertine marble & ceramic tile .

Why would you choose no sealer? Travertine is very porous and will stain easily. You do want to seal it before grouting. Period. Sealers can be chosen which will not alter the finished look at all or you could use an enhancing sealer which will give the stone a wet look that richens the colors.
