My Daewoo Color TV is on the fritz.
It works, but the picture, that used to display any color needed, now only shows 2 colors in a bullseye pattern.
The center of the screen is a large green circle, the next ring out is blue and then it's green again on the outer edge.
Is this something that I can be advised on how to repair? If it's a common thing, how much would something like that cost to repair?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Have you forgot to tell us the tv might have been dropped? It sounds as if the shadow mask has come loose from the inside of the picture tube and now you are getting the pattern which is very typical. If you rap on the face of the tube and the pattern shimmys or vibrates it is damaged beyond repair. Toss it out and buy another cheap tv from China.
