I just replaced the flapper in my toilet because the original flapper chain broke. After testing the flapper to make sure it worked properly, I noticed water continuing to flow from the refill tube into the overflow pipe after the tank was filled.
Is this related to the fill valve? I don't remind replacing as it came in the replacement kit I purchased, but didn't want to replace it if there was an easier solution. Thanks!

Please disregard the e-mail. I guess the refill tube was below the water line. Adjusted and everything appears to be fine.
