I have a 1991 Trinitron, still very good picture, but it takes 4- 5 minutes to "warm up" for the picture to come on. I get sound right away. Is this repairable or should i be looking for another TV?

The heater is taking longer to heat up. Usually a capacitor on the yolk board.
It is repairable but only if you know how to solder and not get shocked when
inside a tv set.

Nope it's a weak CRT. There is no yoke board.

Turn up your screen control on the flyback transformer.
Its all you can do yourself other than change or rejuvenate the CRT
