Toilets, Sinks, Showers, Tubs and Disposals - tub spout

My tub spout recently broke off - the nipple had rusted thru. I replaced the nipple, but can't find a non-diverter tub spout to match (part of the rusted nipple is stuck in the old tub spout). My spouse won't agree to one of the plain tub spouts at the local home centers, and I want to find an acceptable one before we (which really means me) need to replace the entire faucet -- meaning I'd have to cut into tile so then 'we' would need to replace the entire tub surround, etc. In other words, i'm trying to avoid a total bathroom renovation over a rusted nipple. So where can i find a gracefully curved chrome non-diverter tub spout? I'm not certain of the original faucet brand, but its circa 1950's-ish. Of course, I really don't care about the brand of the tub spout, or that its identical to the original.
