I have lace that is 100in wide and i need this full length for my windows. There is a scallop along the bottom, and i don't know how i should hem it.
I can not railroad the material, as it is a definite one way design. Help!!

I'm not really clear to what your question is  but if you don't want or need the scallop, just cut if off to make the bottom straight, then either turn up a double 4" hem and hand or blind stitch, or you can turn up a double 1/2" hem and use double sided fusible tape.

"hem" the top, if you want to leave the scallopped bottom in tact.

Yes, i plan to hem the top, but the bottom is still a problem. The scallop bottom just feels so unfinished, and i need to keep it, as without , the drapes would be much too short.
