Hi,

I've recently been asked to help a friend repair his sinks at his business. The sink in question is stainless and has 3 seperate sink areas each with its own drain. It appears as all 3 are leaking at the connection point of the sink and drain. Are these strainers removed the same way as a tub strainer would be removed? If so, will plumbers putty under the strainer as well as a rubber gasket between the connection of sink and drain be the correct approach to fixing this problem? Thanks for all advice given on this site, it's really helped with my bathroom remodel...:)
