I am limited in how I can layout my home theater speakers (small satellites) and subwoofer.
I have one of the speakers and the subwoofer about 5' from the fireplace, with the speaker on a 3' stand and the woof on the floor. Both are offset from the fireplace at about a 45 degree angle.
Should I be concerned about damage to my equipment?

Unless you make really hot fires, I wouldn't worry.
