I have a heat pump system, if the heat comes on during the night when I wake up I fell like someone sucked all the moisture from my lips and eyes...
why does this happen and what can I do to fix it...

What is your set point of humidty, room temp?
What is your humidity reading?
you have a vent that blows onto you at night?

I'm not certain as to the humidity reading, my T-stat is not that advanced..
I do know it happens regardless of the room temp..
I usually have the T-Stat set at 74 but I've been having problems lately with the system so the temp in the house at night is usually about 68 which I guess is all the Aux heat can push out..
the one vent in the room is angled away from the bed because of this issue but it still seems to suck me dry.
