the only thing i can think of did you wire it up correctly?
there are several wires that come from the motor that
can confuse some people. there is a common, and fan
speed wires(low, med, high) some of the speed wiring
goes into a fan relay, misplace any of these you will
get improper if not any operation. and just a note,
i guess you got the properly rated cap for the blower when
you bought it. let us know whats going on, we're here to help.

I bought the motor and cap from Aireco supply. Guy at the store walked me through the hookup. They taped the br/wh, blu and rd wires toghether told me not to hookup. Hooked the br wire to the cap. when I got home I connected the yl and bl to my hot wires and a black wire that was on the origanal cap went to the replacement cap...

The br/wh and br wires should go to the capacitor. The yellow is common and black is Hi speed so those two are right. Disconnect the old black wire then try it (after connecting the br/w) Find out where that black wire goes.

ok, something does'nt smell right, every one that i have replaced, the brown leads(both of them don't matter polarity) hook up to the cap, the black is the common, the others are the fan speeds, lo, med and high. look at the motor,
there should be a diagram on it that will tell you where the wires go.
from what i have read on your previous post you must have only one fan speed,
choose medium. tell us what you see.
