Sirrus has Sterns, XM O&A. Go to each of their web sites and scroll through the programming, music wise their pretty much the same. Sports and On-Air Personalities is where they differ.

Also, Sirius has, in effect, a figure eight orbit above NA, XM is stationary like TV sats.
