Hi,

My 4 year old furnance will turn on for a few seconds and then turn off. It only happens during the heating season. I lowered the thermostats last weekend when it was not very cold in Connecticut and it still happens. Any ideas?

sounds like your flame sensor is dirty. clean it with fine steel wool.
