didn't have much luck with the search function so...

Looking for some recommendations for brands of solid hardwood, and then, what are some good online retailers. Some brands i keep coming across in my search are br111, bruce, westhollow, anderson, bhk, etc.

What should I look for in finish, Alum. Oxide? What about warranty?

I'm looking for a 3 1/2 to 4" wide solid maple. Any suggestions?

Ifloor.com is were I bought my floor with satisfactory results. I have seen their name mentioned favorably in other posts.
