When I turned on my Toshiba rear projection, the picture was awful. In the lower left corner (~1/4 of the screen), the green color is off (ie out of alignment). It sort of goes up and back down. Sort of like a bump. The green is not adjustable with the convergence.
I do know how to get into the service convergence area (set up for technicians) where you can shift the green, but in this one spot, all I can do is go left right and up with the green. It will not move down at all.
Any thoughts?
