How many rca in's does the tv have? If just one, my sugestion would be to go buy a selector switch. They are great for tv's with only one RCA input. It has multiple inputs and one output to go to your tv inputs. You could still hook up your Dish Dvr to the vcr then to the switch, and your DVD to the switch.

Please be more descriptive of the inputs to the tv. The outputs do not matter.
Specifically - does the tv have red/white audio to go with the s-video and another red/white to go with the yellow rca jack? Or does it only have one set of red/white inputs?
