What is the best way to loop the wire through the main T for a drop ceiling. Is there a way or trick to get it at the same level along the main T. Thank you

I am not the greatest at drop ceilings but have done some.
You can use a string line tied from each wall and level to that, or you can put a level on the track, tie the wire to the track first, then raise/lower accordingly when you fix it to the joist.
There is a reason I don't do many drop ceilings though... :wall: :)
