Hopefully someone can help me quickly. Tomorrow I will be helping a friend install glass block windows. I have done this before but wanted to know how the pro's do it. Any tips or a general walkthrough would be great. These are the 14 x 32 for basements. Thanks. :D

these are glass block windows that are premanufactured to one big unit. I am not installing each block seperatly (if that makes sense). I was told to shim unit in place and then using a mortar bag (like a big cake decorator bag), squeeze in the mortar. Any pros or cons here?? thanks
