How can I stop the wood floors from squeaking in spots. I live in a raised ranch and have acess to the underside of the floors.. no big deal but annoying at times...

If you have a subfloor, determine the thickness of the subfloor, and the thickness of the flooring. Buy some screws that are not too long, and get after it from below.



If it is flooring over joists, shims at the joists, or blocking and screw upward like previously stated.
