Hey,
I have an older culligan (mark 89?) with a salt tank that leaks. There's a crack on the bottom of the tank. I sealed it with a silicone caulk about 3 months ago and now it's leaking again.

Any ideas on what I can use to re-seal this? A used tank from culligan is $250!! I haven't been able to find used tanks anywhere else.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Give this one a shot. (http://www.apswater.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=763&cat=Brine+Tanks+%2D+Cabinets+%2D+Components)

I can't understand why you/we should have to pay that much for a plastic tank! Culligan sure like to get your money.

I looked on E-bay, and nothing.

Here's another place to try ...

They offer free shipping and brine tanks are BIG :)

Just an FYI... I ordered a new tank and brine deck from the place Jay11J suggested. Total was under $100 shipped.

Their customer service on the phone is horrible but they seem to have just about anything needed for a system. The tank works just great!

Thanks Jay!
