I recently sanded down my 15 years old parquet floors in the basement area of my home. I then treated them with Tung oil. Although the looked great I am now findng that any water developes a white haze and I have to resand and re-apply. YUCK.

I live in Oregon so water is always on the floor from foot traffic...

What do I do now? Should I simply wax them several times... Or treat them with something else... do I have to resand everything? Or can I treat them with something else over the tung oil?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
