My husband spilled Curry Sauce down his brand new white shirt. I took it to the cleaners and when I got it back it look as if they did not do anything. They told me that they could not remove the stain. Please provide suggestions. :confused:

depending on their methods of cleaning it..they may have set the stain with heat...a oxidizer would be the only thing i can think of...depending on the shirt...if its cotton i would avoid a protein/enzyme based cleaner as it will breakdown organic material....meaning the shirt as well
hydrogen peroxide can be used safely as a bleach by blotting the area..if its a dark color shirt..be careful.
test any diy methods in a small area..such as maybe at the bottom were it would be tucked in at
