How would I go about trying to repair some of the damage done by heels? Lots of little dents everywhere! I've heard of a wet towel and an iron, which worked to some degree, I just wonder how long I can do that without damaging the wood.
Also, surface scratches done by an unprotected chair :-(
I've read sanding with very fine sandpaper ect, but I'm too afraid. And how can I tell if it's broken the wood fibers. Filler kits, markers ect? I don't want to do anything that will make it look worse
Thanks
