Can someone advise me: Should I insulate the ceiling of my walk-out basement, as well as the walls? Is there any problem with insulating a ceiling?
I haven't had any luck with getting answers on the forum ! Maybe my questions are too uninformed! Thanks in advance. :)

You certainly can insulate the walls of your basement. The wood portion exposed to the air should be insulated to a higher degree than the concrete/block foundation walls in contact with the soil.
If you have the walls insulated, it would not be necessary to insulate the ceiling between the basement and the upstairs conditioned space.
