Hi,
The door handle on my Indesit 1263W washing machine recently broke.
I obtained a replacement, but, when I took the door apart, failed to note the position of the catch & the tension spring, (doh!).
Assembly of the metal catch, plastic door handle, wire spring and pivot pin seems easy enough, but can anyone please tell me the following?
Which way does the metal catch fit? (i.e. notch facing away or towards the centre on the door).
How does the spring fit to set up the tension?
I've got the assebly together but have obviously not set the spring in the correct position as there is no tension.
