My kenmore washer's tub moves real easily and it agitates slowly.It's a series 90 machine.Your input will greatly be appreciated.

Need the model number under the lid,,, does this one have a speed selector switch.. And what do you mean by tub moves easily.. as in rocking it back and forth or spinning it by hand.... :coffee:

yes the tub moves easily by hand and so does the agitator

This is a direct drive unit and it should rock back and for easy.. only 3 springs hold it there and 1 to keep it centered... as for the speed... if there is no change by switching he speed switch may hae a bad motor switch or a unplugged connector next to motor... this sometimes happens with a unbalanced load.. you can tip machine back and check there connections to the motor.....
