hi, I have a Master Water Conditioner that works as a softner and an acid nutrulizer. I need parts and I can't find their web page. Does anyone know if this company is still in business or anywhere that I can buy parts. Thanks Rick

Could it be called a Master Water 'Softener' instead of conditioner? If it is called a conditioner, then it probably doesn't use salt, for example.

It may have a GE Logix valve. What kind of problems are you having? Can you describe the equipment and what claims to do?

What you may have is a acid neutralizer acting as a whole house filtration system.
