Need help, just bought ceiling lamp from Ikea. Not sure which wires in ceiling connects to lamp.

Ceiling:
- Orange wire
- Red wire
- Grey wire
- Green wire with copper wire coiled around it

Lamp:
- Live wire indicator
- Neutral wire indicator
- Ground wire indicator

The best way is to note how whatever was here before was wired and wire the new one the same way.

If that's not possible, then the only way to know for sure is to check the wiring in the switch box. Do that and get back to us.

Is that gray wire a dark gray or a light gray?

Open the switch plat ethat controls the light and see what connects to the switch. Chances are orange is switched.
Grey would be neutral, green/bare is of course ground.
