I installed 2 new lights and wired them to a box that used to have a switch in it that only had 2 wires running into it(both hot). My question is can i run the other 2 switches from the same 2 wires and if so how?

And the method you used to determine that both conductors are hot, was.....?

The answer to the original question is no. You need another source of power for your new lights.
