Hello,

I pull the chain for the light and it won't let me pull, its stuck... this happen before but a couple of days later it was clicking and now its stuck again. I was going to spray some wd40 oil in that small hole to see if it would loosen things up but I don't want to try that anymore after watching a certain movie....any ideas.....

Thanks in advance,
Sam

You are correct. Don't use WD40. It is flammable. The spark from the switch will make it flame.

Not only is WD40 flamable, it's a fair conductor of electricity. It's probably time for a new fixture, or just a new switch if it is replaceable in this fixture.
