my wife & I were recently doing some housework, and altho we covered ALL of our furniture & thought it was out of harms way, some of the latex paint (aerosol) we were using in another room find its way over & left a slight mist on one of our end tables. its on the bottom shelf & can only be seen because we had books on there, when now removed you can see an outline where they were (looks almost like thin layer of dust around where the books were). Is there anything we can do to remove this thin layer of paint without having to restrip, etc. The paint used was "painters touch" spray latex, water based. End table is dark oak wood.
