i have a honeywell HE360A1027 central humidifier. it's only a year or two old. it doesn't seem to be humidifying at all, and the plastic piping draining from the bottom of the unit is dry. it seems to be plugged in properly, and the water line appears to be open...sooo? thanks for any ideas. :wall:

Did you check to see if you are getting power to the valve? Do you hear it clicking when you change the humidstat?
If yes, have undo the water fittings at the valve to make sure there is water righ up to it?
