:wall: I wondering how to remove ceramic tile from my kitchen or is it possible to out ceramic tile OVER an exisiting tile floor

If you are asking if you can go over it, yes, if in good shape, solid, no cracks, loose grout, sealers or wax, tap on them and see if any are hollow sounding.:)

Otherwise, hammer, chisle, safety glasses, gloves and Tylenol.:)
