I bought a fry master deep fryer , built in 98 , I dont think it has ever been cleaned. So it has cooked on ,dryed on, built up grease , does anyone know a good heavy duty cleaner that wont hurt stainless steel Thanks

would try a good citris based solvent/degreaser...stainless is damaged by acidic pH cleaners..if you go with a true solvent pH is not a factor and should work...if you go with a citris based neutral cleaner..just make sure the pH is neutral or above not acidic..apply as directed and let it sit 10-30 mins and rinse with hottest water available...you will prob need to do this a few times..last time after your done wash it as it should be in the sink or with normal diswashing detergent
